Do You?A few days had passed,
Since that day.
Everything had fallen back into place.
They didn't talk about
What had happened while
He was gone, leaving her
With Master Jesse.
She had done her best to
Keep the healing marking hidden.

She was actually doing well
With it, trying not to dwell
On what she could not change.
Deciding that one day,
Maybe she would tell him.
She'd have to if he asked,
She couldn't lie to him directly.
Master Dimitri sat on the bed,
Lilly standing in front of him.

She ran her fingers through his hair,
Putting it perfectly in place.
"You should have just called your grandmother.
Sent her back home with
Seal It TightHead pounding like a drum,
Oh dear sweet darkness
What have I done?

Voice as low as a whisper
Could there be nothing
Left for me to muster.

Begging for it to end
Strength that you could lend.
Giving death a new found luster.

Icy cold,
Fiery hot.
Burning pain,
That refuses to stop.

Heart beating
Faster then, a
Humming bird's wings.

An Imploring look
That will never be answered
What else was expected?

Holding on tight,
To a poisonous fate
That is most foul.

Lock the door,
Seal it tight.
Forgetting the world
Is real just for one night.

Blurry vision
One more fight,
One more lesion.

No love here
It has lost its w
What Was PromisedAn admirer of some sorts,
An old acquaintance
From years not long ago past.
Watched from a distance
As Lilly shopped.
She was in a state of panic
All over being let out alone.
For not noticing before she left,
That she would have no escort this trip.

No idea of the set of
Amber brown colored eyes
That followed her since the street.
Picking up the last of the ingredients
A pair of small arms wrapped around her
Waist, hugging her tight and causing
Her to jump in a startled response.
"I can't believe I've found you."
The timid female voice said.

Lilly knew the voice well,
Causing her to let out a small sigh.
